Giant panda "Fubao" from South Korea arrives in Chengdu

Today, under the joint protection of China and South Korea, the giant panda "Fubao" traveling in South Korea arrived safely in Chengdu, Sichuan. Next, "Fubao" will move into the isolation and quarantine area of the Wolong Shenshuping Base of the China Giant Panda Conservation and Research Center.

At present, the China Giant Panda Conservation and Research Center Wolong Shenshuping Base is fully prepared to welcome the arrival of "Fubao". The quarantine area is fully equipped with supplies and facilities, and multiple working groups have been set up to take care of Fubao’s diet and daily life during the isolation period, including the feeding and nursing group, the safety and security group, the comprehensive coordination group, etc. Each working group has formulated A special emergency plan has been developed to ensure that "Fubao" can spend the isolation period healthily and safely.
