Shenzhen Customs seized 572 kilograms of smuggled live lobsters
Recently, Wenjindu Customs in Shenzhen, Guangdong discovered a case of hiding and smuggling live lobsters into the country, and seized a total of 572 kilograms of live lobsters. When customs staff carried out mechanical inspection on an inbound truck, they found an abnormality in the machine inspection image, so they immediately carried out manual inspection. After inspection, a total of 572 kilograms of live lobsters that had not been declared to customs were found hidden in 35 foam boxes deep in the compartment of the vehicle.
