Mountain fire breaks out in Fushun, Liaoning

At around 13:00 on April 7, 2024, wildfires broke out near Lagu Village and Hailang Township in Fushun City, Liaoning Province. Thick smoke billowed from the scene and flames several meters high were visible. It is understood that there are a large number of pine trees planted at the location of the fire. Coupled with strong winds, the fire spread quickly. Relevant rescue forces have rushed to the scene. The local southwest wind reached level 5 to 6, and the gusts reached level 7 to 8. The meteorological department has issued a blue warning for strong winds, making it difficult to put out the fire on site.
