On June 22, 2024, Su Jiulei, director of Liudaohe Police Station in Xinglong County, Chengde City, Hebei Province, China, publicly reported on social media that Liu Wenning, deputy county magistrate of Xinglong County People's Government, secretary of the Party Committee and director of the Public Security Bureau, was suspected of serious violations of laws and disciplines.
