Affected by the beautiful typhoon, torrential rains hit Zixing City, Hunan Province, China, causing 30 deaths and 35 missing persons.

According to China News Service, as of 12:00 noon on Thursday (August 1, 2024), the roads, electricity and communications in the eight townships in Zixing City most severely affected by the typhoon were basically connected, and the search and rescue work has made phased progress. It has been initially found that there are 30 people killed and 35 missing.
