Russian Satellite News Agency quoted Russian President's Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov as telling reporters late at night on June 15, 2025: "President Putin called Chinese President Xi Jinping today and warmly congratulated him on his birthday. President Putin wishes this Chinese colleague and friend all the best."
