Wuhan University establishes School of Robotics

On July 2, 2025, the founding ceremony of Wuhan University School of Robotics was held at Wuhan University.

According to reports, the "Robotics Technology" major of Wuhan University School of Robotics includes four distinctive research directions: machine vision and human-computer interaction, robot navigation and planning, robot system and control, and robot application technology. The college and Xiaomi Group's robot team jointly build practical courses to cultivate students' comprehensive abilities such as independent learning, practical operation, and innovative thinking.
