Recently, while inspecting an inbound flight, Ningbo Airport Customs discovered an unusual image on a passenger's luggage during security screening, revealing a large number of neatly arranged glass vials. Upon further inspection, 10 boxes of human placenta extract injection, totaling 500 vials, were found inside. This batch of human placenta extract injection has been temporarily stored by customs in accordance with the law.

Customs reminds: According to the "Frontier Health and Quarantine Law of the People's Republic of China" and the "Regulations on the Administration of Health and Quarantine of Special Articles Entering and Leaving the Country," human placenta extract is considered a special item and must undergo prior health and quarantine approval before entry and exit, and is subject to customs health and quarantine supervision in accordance with the law.
