Magnitude 3.8 Earthquake Strikes Luding County in Sichuan, China

According to the official measurement by the China Earthquake Networks Center (CENC), a magnitude 3.8 earthquake occurred in Luding County, Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province, China (29.52°N, 101.97°E) at 14:06 on February 8, 2026. The tremor had a focal depth of 10 kilometers.
