Chinese tourists’ spending on domestic vacations is expected to grow 11% from 2019, according to a report by the World Travel & Tourism Council and Oxford Economics, Bloomberg reported.

This year, Chinese tourists traveling domestically are expected to contribute a record 6.79 trillion yuan to the Chinese mainland economy, exceeding pre-COVID-19 levels for the first time.
