According to CCTV News, at around 7:45 am on September 23, a traffic accident occurred on the Lusong Bridge in Zhuzhou, and the two-way traffic on the Lusong Bridge was temporarily controlled. Witnesses said that a car lost control and hit multiple vehicles, and children were injured at the scene.

According to local officials in Zhuzhou, a taxi collided with an online car-hailing vehicle, and the online car-hailing vehicle lost control and rushed into the opposite lane, causing the collision.
