Boeing delivers three aircraft to Chinese airlines
On July 13, 2025, the US aircraft manufacturer Boeing delivered three passenger planes to three Chinese airlines on the same day, which was rarely seen as a signal of warming Sino-US trade relations.
According to the flight tracking platform Flightradar24, the three 737-8 Max passenger planes took off one after another within an hour from 8:45 a.m. on Sunday, Seattle time, and flew to Honolulu, Hawaii for a regular transfer, and then continued to China. All three aircraft have been registered as Chinese nationals and were received by Xiamen Airlines, Shanghai Airlines and Shandong Airlines respectively.
