The company is seeking one engineer and one delivery manager. The engineer will be primarily responsible for the maintenance and optimization of servers and network equipment, as well as ensuring that data center operations comply with relevant regulations.

The job requirements also state that candidates with experience operating AI accelerator clusters at major technology companies or research institutions will be given priority, although the specific type of chips used was not disclosed.

Another job posting reveals that the delivery manager will be responsible for the initiation, construction, and go-live operations of data center projects, suggesting that the company may be accelerating its deployment in Inner Mongolia. This also marks the first time DeepSeek has publicly disclosed the location of its data center.
