According to Japan's Kyodo News, Japanese singer Fujii Kaze has canceled his planned concert in Hong Kong, replacing it with an additional stop in Seoul. The announcement was made on Fujii Kaze's official website. Hong Kong was reportedly listed as one of the stops for his world tour kicking off in October, although specific dates had not been previously announced. The official statement did not disclose the reason for the cancellation.

This follows the Japanese popular rock band ONE OK ROCK, which announced in April the cancellation of their concert in Hong Kong originally scheduled for May 2nd and 3rd. HK01 reported that this string of cancellations has left a large number of Hong Kong fans shocked and disappointed, with some netizens beginning to worry that upcoming concert plans for other Japanese artists in Hong Kong may also be in jeopardy.
