A yacht club in Sanya, Hainan was investigated

According to the Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Bureau of Sanya City, Hainan Province, a yacht club in Sanya was investigated and dealt with by law enforcement departments for illegal acts such as failing to rectify its registration within the prescribed time limit.

According to reports, the Transportation Administrative Law Enforcement Detachment of the Sanya Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Bureau conducted a law enforcement inspection on a certain sailing yacht club company in accordance with the law based on clues from tourists' complaints and reports. The inspection found that the company was suspected of not registering the yacht rental business in accordance with regulations, not correcting it within the time limit, and engaging in yacht rental business without authorization, and the yachts used for rental were sailing more than 20 nautical miles from the shore.

In response to the above problems, the Transportation Administrative Law Enforcement Detachment of the Municipal Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Bureau filed a case against the company in accordance with the law and imposed administrative penalties.
