Led by Chendao Capital—an industrial investment platform affiliated with Contemporary Amperex Technology Co. Limited (CATL)—the round attracted participation from prominent institutions including Guoke Investment, Jingguosheng Fund, and Jiuhetou Venture Capital. The total capital raised in this Series B round amounted to nearly RMB 1 billion.
